Not Alone - A ministry among the family members and caregivers of the disabled Caregiving is a sacred calling, yet it often brings physical exhaustion, emotional strain, and feelings of isolation. Not Alone is a ministry birthed by God to walk alongside caregivers of individuals with disabilities, offering a Christ-centered community of prayer, encouragement, and support. The vision for this ministry was placed on the heart of Pastor Kiruba for nearly two years before God revealed its name, “Not Alone” and gave the plan to bring it to life. We thank God for the team from our church who are faithfully committed to seeing this vision from God fulfilled. These gatherings create a safe space for caregivers to share their burdens, receive prayer, and find both hope and practical help through fellowship and the Word of God. They also provide meaningful opportunities to connect with other family members facing similar struggles, reminding every caregiver that they do not walk this journey alone. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, caregivers are renewed in strength, uplifted in spirit, and empowered to continue their sacrificial service with joy and perseverance. This ministry affirms that every caregiver is upheld by the family of God and strengthened by His presence every step of the way. Light in the Night – A Ministry Among Healthcare Workers Light in the Night is a vision God entrusted to Pastor Kiruba to bring together healthcare workers across many fields - including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, physical and occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, direct service providers, mental health counselors, homecare providers, and many others who serve patients in the healthcare community. Through these gatherings, Light in the Night draws participants from across the United States and around the world, strengthening those who are physically and emotionally drained by long hours, heavy responsibilities, family pressures, and life-or-death decisions. By the power of the Holy Spirit and through the Word of God, they receive healing, renewed strength, and fresh hope. Those who attend encounter God’s presence, experience healing for both body and soul, and return to their workplaces encouraged and empowered, shining as vessels of light in dark places, bringing hope to patients burdened with pain, sickness, and despair. Finally Free Prision Ministry Finally Free, a prison ministry of EL Bethel International Ministries is dedicated to reaching inmates who struggle with addiction, anger, brokenness, guilt, shame, abandonment, and despair. While their physical freedom may be restricted, this ministry exists to show that true freedom is found in Christ, who breaks every chain. The Lord placed a burden in the hearts of our pastors to bring the healing and delivering power of Jesus Christ into the walls of Otisville Federal Correctional Institution in New York. Although many hindrances initially blocked access, after much prayer, fasting, and spiritual preparation, the Lord opened the door for EL Bethel International Ministries to minister inside the prison. According to the leading of the Holy Spirit, Rev. Mike Palombi and his wife Heidi Palombi, members of ELBIM Church, were prayed over and appointed by Pastors, Dr. Pradeep Stephen and Dr. Kiruba Stephen, to lead the Finally Free ministry. Rev. Mike is the author of “How's It Feel, Tough Guy? From Prisoner of Pride to Prisoner of Hope,” a memoir detailing his life of crime, addiction, and eventual spiritual redemption in prison. He is also the founder of Prisoner of Hope Ministries. Along with his wife, he has traveled extensively across the country, ministering in various prisons and sharing the transformative power of Jesus Christ. On February 5th, 2025, following the laying on of hands by Pastor Dr. Kiruba Stephen, Rev. Mike and Heidi led the first ELBIM Chapel service at Otisville. This marked the culmination of nearly two years of preparation and the extensive process of becoming official volunteers with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The inaugural service had over 62 inmates in attendance, who warmly received the team and eagerly listened to the Word God brought through them. On February 26th, they returned to show a prison documentary they had co-produced, witnessing numerous salvations and recommitments to Christ. Since then, they have been faithfully holding weekly worship services, continually sharing the hope of the Gospel and demonstrating that no one is beyond God’s grace. Through the working of the Holy Spirit, Finally Free seeks to raise up restored men and women who become living testimonies of God’s mercy and valuable assets to serve in His Kingdom. This ministry stands as a declaration that bars, walls, or chains cannot prevent Christ from reaching prisoners. In Him, the guilty are forgiven, the broken are healed, and the captives are set free. Nursing Homes and Rehabilitation Centers (Age group: 50’s to beyond 100 yrs. of age.) We have a deep burden to go and share the love of Jesus in places where most people do not go and where there is little or no recognition or acknowledgment for services. These are the desperate, lonely, and neglected people in institutions, who are often abandoned to spend their last years and days in pain and misery without the personal touch of a caring visitor. More importantly, without any television or radio or computer access, they do not even have any opportunity to hear about the great hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Even in cases where media access is offered, many are so severely incapacitated physically, that they not able to make use of it. In Highland Rehabilitation Center - Middletown, NY, Schervier Pavillion - Warwick, NY and St. Joseph’s Place - Port Jervis, NY, the Lord has blessed the services we conduct to save and heal many as we praise and worship through songs, music, prayer, and the Word. Quite a number of patients and staff from varied personal and professional backgrounds have personally testified of the marvelous work of grace done in their lives as a result of our sharing the gospel with them.
Kindly continue to uphold this ministry in your prayers.
Homeless Rescue Missions (Age group: 20’s to 70’s) ![]() We conduct chapel service at all the men and women's centers of the Bowery Mission and also minister at the NYC Rescue Mission, monthly to reach the destitute and lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Many receive the teaching and join in worship of our Savior as we lead them with our preaching and music usually in the noon hour. We have had the joy of seeing people in these missions respond to invitations to receive Jesus Christ. We also give clothing to keep warm during the winter season to these dear ones. To bring the Gospel to the families who suddenly find themselves homeless, ELBIM ministers in song, scripture, drama and share God's Word to the destitute and the needy at HONOR EHG in Middletown NY, a New York state-run homeless shelter. Please pray that God would continue to minister to the people.
We have had the privilege to minister at the other largest and oldest rescue missions in the United States: Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles, CA, San Diego Rescue Mission, CA, Las Vegas Rescue Mission in Nevada, and The Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago, IL with the gospel at their Bible Study and Chapel service respectively. We praise God for all the souls that He has touched during these gatherings and services. “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” 2 Peter 2:10
Ministry to Substance, Sexual, and Violence Abuse Victims/Former Abusers (Age group: Teens to 60’s) It is a great joy to see men and women of all ages get ignited with the love and zeal for God during the chapel services we conduct at various faith-based institutions such as Teen Challenge and Walter Hoving Home in more than 25 states of the US. Often, we have heard from the pastor/directors that the Lord revealed many hearts and spoke to all during the message and worship time. We have received testimonies of God healing physical and mental impairments as well. We also minister at Crossroads Recovery INC. in New Haven, CT which is a secular rehabilitation center, where God has marvelously saved, delivered and healed many men and women with various addictions. Please visit our Facebook page for more information.
Ministry in the Churches “Thou hast magnified Thy Word above all Name.” – Psalm 138:2b The Lord has helped us to strengthen the believers by sharing the Word of God in different churches across various denominations in the United States, India, and Canada. We have seen the Lord move in a powerful way during the church services, drawing the people to a deeper level of commitment to Jesus Christ. “And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.” Mark 16:20
Prayer Ministry We very strongly believe that a ministry’s foundation should be laid on the sound doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ and fervent prayer. ELBIM believes in the power of fasting prayer for spiritual breakthroughs concerning all needs, both for the ministry operations and for requests sent in by our listeners/viewers. Hence, we have a prayer team that dedicates itself to that end. We have seen the Lord move in a powerful way during our team fasting prayer. All glory to God alone!
