Finally Free, a prison ministry of EL Bethel International Ministries, is dedicated to reaching individuals who struggle with addiction, anger, brokenness, guilt, shame, abandonment, and despair. Although their physical freedom may be restricted, we believe that true freedom is found in Jesus Christ, who breaks every chain and brings lasting change from the inside out

Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we seek to share the love of Christ, bring hope to the brokenhearted, and encourage individuals to discover their God-given identity and purpose in Him. Our heart is to see lives transformed, hearts restored, and individuals equipped to walk in the new life that Jesus Christ offers.

The Lord placed a burden on the hearts of our pastors to bring the healing and delivering power of Jesus Christ to those struggling with addictions, anger, rage, depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and other life-controlling problems.

Our pastors, Dr. Pradeep Stephen and Dr. Kiruba Stephen, visited and ministered at numerous drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers and homeless missions throughout the United States. The Lord also brought former prisoners and family members of incarcerated individuals to them, seeking counsel, guidance, and help.

Recognizing this need, Dr. Pradeep Stephen and Dr. Kiruba Stephen visited and ministered to inmates at the Orange County Correctional Facility in Goshen, New York, and the Wyoming Correctional Facility in Attica, New York. During their ministry, they witnessed the Lord touch and transform the lives of the men through the power of Jesus Christ.

Following these experiences, the Lord placed a deeper burden in the hearts of Dr. Pradeep Stephen and Dr. Kiruba Stephen to bring God's Word into prisons throughout New York, beginning with the Otisville Federal Correctional Institution, which is closest to our church in Port Jervis, New York.

The Lord placed a vision in their hearts to establish Finally Free Prison Ministry and send outreach teams from our church to conduct regular chapel services and Bible studies, ministering to incarcerated men through the life-changing truth of God's Word.

Through much prayer, the Lord opened the door for EL Bethel International Ministries to minister inside the Otisville Federal Correctional Institution. Under the leadership of our pastors, our ministry team has received training and spiritual preparation to serve in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, jails, and prisons, sharing the love and truth of Jesus Christ through music, worship, prayer, and the teaching of God's Word.

Our Ministry at Otisville Federal Correctional Institution

On Christmas Day 2025 and New Year's Day 2026, Dr. Kiruba Stephen ministered at the Otisville Federal Correctional Institution. During these ministry gatherings, many hearts were touched by the love and healing power of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Dr. Kiruba Stephen shared a powerful message from God's Word, emphasizing that change is possible through Jesus Christ and that God desires to transform lives, change destinies, and lead people toward a new destination in Him.

The God of change was present to bring hope and healing to the men, reminding them that their past does not have to define their future. Through Jesus Christ, hearts can be renewed, lives can be transformed, and a new beginning is possible.

At Finally Free, our heart is to see lives changed through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. We desire to see incarcerated men and women move from brokenness to restoration, from bondage to freedom, and from hopelessness to a life filled with faith and purpose.

We believe that true change begins in the heart and that no one is beyond the reach of God's grace. Through Jesus Christ, individuals can discover their God-given identity, experience His forgiveness, and become living testimonies of His mercy and valuable vessels for His Kingdom.

Through Jesus Christ, change is possible, lives are being transformed, and destinations are being changed!
