At The Master's FeetMinistry to EducatorsAt The Master’s Feet Ministry to educators provides an opportunity to encourage and strengthen those who dedicate their lives to teaching and shaping future generations. Teaching is a calling that can alter the destiny of children, as educators influence not only academic growth, but also character, confidence, and life direction. Educators carry great responsibility as they guide students each day. Teachers and staff in the educational system face many challenges, including responsibilities within their own families, health concerns, financial pressures, and the daily demands of their profession. They also encounter challenges with the children in their classrooms, requiring patience, wisdom, and compassion as they work with students from different backgrounds and varying needs. The vision for this ministry was given by God to Pastor Kiruba Stephen, with the purpose that teachers from our church would strengthen and encourage teachers and staff from various educational institutions, both believers and unbelievers, by sharing the love of Jesus Christ. At The Master’s Feet meets once a week, providing teachers and staff the opportunity to pray for one another, receive encouragement through studying God’s Word together, share testimonies and prayer requests, and engage in meaningful fellowship. This creates a supportive and uplifting environment. The ministry seeks to prevent burnout, infuse educators with God’s strength, make them feel valued and appreciated, and impart renewed passion for their calling. By ministering to educators, we express gratitude for their service and remind them that their work has a lasting impact on the lives of the students they teach and influence each day. |
